MPTS Yearbook Recognition Ads

MPTS families are you looking for a way to celebrate someone special? How about being able to say, “Great Job!” or show how proud you are of your child, teacher, staff member, or a special volunteer? You can do just that with a Recognition Ad in the yearbook!
Ads will be in color with text (see examples on the form below). You can include a picture (you must provide the full sized .jpg file) or select a graphic from the options on the order form. All ads will be the same size with a maximum of nine per page.

Ads are $14 each (or $10 each when you purchase 2 or more). The deadline for the
submission of ads and picture files is MARCH 25TH (SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS).
To order please print and complete the form below and return with payment (checks made out to MPTS PTA) in an envelope to your child’s teacher.
